Sylvia & I are the duo of Sylvia Hallett and Chris Dowding, from London and Norwich respectively. They make dreamy soundscapes from overlapping loops evolving out of a meeting place between folk and jazz backgrounds.

They have performed at several improv nights around the UK, including Mopomoso, The Klinker, Flimflam and others. 'Live at Anteros' was recorded at a fundraiser for the Norwich-based charity Musical Keys, when Sylvia & I supported pianist Kit Downes' Dreamlife of Debris.

The set includes piccolo trumpet textures, bicycle wheel and looped violin. We are very happy to donate these tracks to Musical Keys in the year of their 30th birthday. All proceeds will go to Musical Keys and towards their participatory groups. We hope you enjoy these tracks.
